Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition that you received it
- In the original packaging, if applicable
- Returned within 14 days of delivery
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)
Please note that due to the handmade nature of our products, slight variations in color, size, and pattern are natural and not considered defects. These variations are part of what makes each piece unique.
Items Not Eligible for Return
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Custom-made or personalized items (unless defective or incorrectly made)
- Items that have been used, damaged, or altered by the customer
- Items returned more than 14 days after delivery
- Items without proof of purchase
- Items that have been damaged due to misuse or improper care
How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

- Provide your order number and reason for return
- We will review your request and provide return instructions if approved
- Package the item securely in its original packaging, if available
- Ship the item to the address we provide
Please do not send your purchase back to us without first contacting us. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or we made an error in your order. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
If you are returning an item due to a defect or our error, we will cover the return shipping costs. We will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label in such cases.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment provider's processing time.
Please note that we can only refund to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Refund Amount
You will receive a full refund of the purchase price, excluding original shipping costs, unless:
- The item is returned in a condition that is not as described above
- The item shows signs of use, damage, or wear beyond normal handling
- The original packaging is missing or damaged
In such cases, we may offer a partial refund or decline the return. We will notify you of our decision via email.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the item you desire. This ensures you receive the correct item in a timely manner.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at help@khimreonthor.world or call +353 56 777 7456. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
For damaged or defective items, we will:
- Provide a full refund including original shipping costs
- Offer a replacement item at no additional cost
- Cover all return shipping costs
Please provide photos of the damage or defect when contacting us, as this helps us process your claim more efficiently.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received your refund yet, please check the following:
- Check your bank account or credit card statement
- Contact your bank or credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted
- Check your email for our refund confirmation

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn't marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver, and they will find out about your return.
